Departure: spatial and social

Part of the departure-in-place idea network, section 3.

Departure has two axes: spatial (relocalising, shortening dependency chains) and social (withdrawing from one's class function). "In place" says both happen from within embedded conditions: a salaried job, a rented house, a family, rather than a dramatic exit.
