James is one of the audience: 18+ years inside the industry, alienated from its reductionist culture and from its stripping of the communitarian origins of its own methods (agile is the example). The work is written from inside the condition, under his own name.

The transition runs on the declining system's resources. Funding the thinking from a PMC salary is not a contradiction; it is the thesis at household scale, mirroring the civilizational condition.
