A possible future practice

Thinks he has some coaching in his future: executives like the ones he advises now, and executives aware of the need to "depart", making sense of how to be as a leader through a massive socioeconomic transition. Coaching as being about a person's greatness as a leader and human being, not goal attainment, with the most transformative thing held as a horizon worked towards over time. Mentorship and coaching less mutually exclusive than mainstream definitions suggest.
