His own agent tooling

A personal software ecosystem around pi, Mario Zechner's minimal terminal coding agent: herdr (terminal workspace manager), pi-bdd (a BDD-gated six-stage release pipeline), socratic (a design-phase governance extension, on his Forgejo), and mgr (below). He builds his own apps on this stack with executable Cucumber specs driving the real app. Prefers Unix-conventional vocabulary (spawn/exec/invoke) over invented terms, and pushes back on schemas or vocabulary introduced before they are needed.
